Quick troubleshooting

  • Close and reopen the app after changing Settings.
  • Make sure notifications are enabled in iOS Settings if you rely on reminders.
  • If the widget looks stale, remove it and add it again.
  • If Premium doesn’t show as unlocked, use “Restore Purchases” from the Premium screen.

My widget time/preset doesn’t update

Widgets refresh on an iOS schedule. If you just changed a preset, wait a moment, or remove and re-add the widget.

I’m not getting notifications

Check iOS Settings → Notifications → Focus Break. Also ensure Focus modes / Do Not Disturb aren’t silencing alerts.

How do I use soundscapes?

Enable a soundscape in Settings (Premium). For best results, use headphones and set the volume low.

Is Premium a subscription?

No—Premium is designed as a one-time unlock. If you ever change devices, use Restore Purchases.
